  • Health and Nutrition Seminars

    A series of short bite-sized seminars provide a strong foundation in the core aspects of health and nutrition. These seminars promote an understanding of the need for change, the benefits of good nutrition for health and wellbeing and how to achieve the changes necessary. These relaxed yet highly informative talks are motivational and fun, without straying from the importance of the topics being covered.Seminar topics may include:

    1.    Overview: The role of nutrition in health and wellbeing
    2.    Nutritional influences in weight management
    3.    Nutritional influences in combating the effects of stress
    4.    Nutritional influences in the Nations most prevalent chronic disease; heart disease, cancer and diabetes
    5.    Nutrition and the Brain; fatigue, concentration, depression, sleep, mood, headaches and anxiety
    6.    Nutrional influences in gastrointestinal function; Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Malabsorption, etc
    7.    Nutrition in excercise and sport; getting the most out of your workout.

  • Self-health and nutrition assessment

    Each seminar is followed by a guided self-assessment which highlights individual risk factors and areas that need addressing. At the end of the day delegates can nominate themselves for an Individual Performance Programme on a subsequent day to address specific issues (up to 8 delegates daily).

    A light-hearted approach to highlighting and endorsing some important nutritional and health messages.
